Long time no write I would say ! hey guys 🙂
Today is another healthy pancake. I’m really getting into those american pancakes ^^ Finally managed to make some without burning them or totally messing up the kitchen so hooray for me 🙂
so here’s the recipe and as always it’s for 1 person ( 6 small pancakes) !
60gr (1/4 cup) flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar (i took vanilla sugar )
1 small pot(125grams) of yoghurt, I took mine non fat yoghurt with peach (the chunky version not the mixed one) but you can use whatever fancies you.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/4 cup of water
Blend all the dry ingredient together (I added some chocolate chips as well they’ll melt inside your pancake and become delicious ) then in another bowl mix all the wet ingredient. then gradually add the wet to the dry. Check for the right consistency so if you think it’s getting to runny stop adding the wet ingredients. or just ad a little bit of flour in the end. You know how it goes right 😉
Then you can start baking. I always baked mine on a high fire (reason i always burned mine ) so today i did it on medium and it worked like a charm. Add just a bit of cooking spray to the pan and then add batter. Wait till bubbles start to form and it rises a bit, then turn over. Bake until it’s golden and enjoy 🙂
